My name is Lucas Vertrees and I'm a Software Engineer living in Denver, Colorado. I'm was born in Brooklyn, New York but grew up 15 minutes outside of where the Woodstock Festival happened. I went to school in Rochester, New York and moved to Colorado after graduating for work in 2020.

Here are some hobbies of mine!

• Guitar - have been playing since 2013, self taught with 1 year of formal lessons.

• Video games - I've been playing video games since I was a kid. Single player games are usually my go-to but I'll definitely play online with some friends .

• Photography - My first camera I got myself was a Nikon D5600 in college. My love for photography has grown since then and I love to shoot nature while travelling, camping, hiking, etc. My daily driver now is a Fujifilm X-T5.
